- Game of Thrones series designers plan to launch a collection of NFTs.
- These NFTs will be able to be used in a Play to Earn game (P2E).

The designers of the popular television series, Game of Thrones, have started a new project that will mix the world of fantasy with NFTs and Play to Earn games (P2E). On the other hand, Leonardo Viti, Anthony Sieben and Tom Nicolas Herzig, along with the rest of the Freakzz development team, will bring the new NFT collection to life. This will have 9,999 Non-Fungible Tokens of different characters typical of role-playing games.
In addition to the popular series Game of Thrones, the team of designers had already participated in several Disney and Marvel films. They are recognized for the 3D animation of different humanoid creatures with a unique level of detail and characteristic. According to the announcement made by Freakzz, the NFT collection will include zombie, alien, vampire and ghost characters.
Freakzz Will Unite The Best Of Games Like Game Of Thrones And P2E With NFT
The main objective of Freakzz is to mix the essence of classic video games with the new technologies of Web 3.0 and NFTs. They hope to create a Play to Earn (P2E) platform that is accessible from any browser. Finally, players will be able to choose their favorite character and carry out a series of actions, attacking and casting spells, to defeat the enemies.
On this, Alex Huerta, the CEO of Freakzz, pointed out that “these new technologies are changing the way video games are used and now allow players to earn assets that can be converted into real money“. Likewise, the winners will be rewarded in stablecoins, which will be used to buy more assets and improvements for the characters.
Play-To-Earn VS Play-For-Fun: Can Developers Improve The NFT Experience In P2E?
Within the cryptocurrency community, and more specifically within GameFi, it is a fact that the Play-to-Earn (P2E) model has much to improve. For this reason, the creators of Freakzz put a special focus on developing a game that is fun, rather than profitable. Knowing about video games already, you can put your Game of Thrones development knowledge to work turn NFTs into a much more entertaining P2E.
Consequently, players will have the possibility to participate in the P2E model with their own NFT and generate resources, or choose their favorite Freak and play for free. Under the Play-For-Fun mode, players will be able to compete in unique weekly tournaments, where the top ten will be rewarded with stablecoins.
