Shiba Inu developer has announced the official date for its collectible card game. Shiba Eternity will debut on October 1, 2022. The network developer said on Twitter that the game would be available globally for Android and iOS devices.

Shiba Eternity Intro Trailer Prize Contest
Shiba Inu executive has unveiled a prize money worth $5,000 for the best Shiba Eternity trailer. The platform invites its community to create the best clip. Shiba leadership will reward the winner in Shiba tokens during the "Download day," according to ShibaQueenie.
ShibaEternity is currently in its beta phase. The game is downloadable on Android and iOS devices in Australia and Vietnam.
About Shiba Eternity
It will have more than 500 cards with thousands of traits using Shoboshis. The collectible game will also feature Shiba Eternity in-app purchases like card packs, in-game tokens, and XP boosts. Shiba Inu developer has also posted a gaming guide for beginners.
Coupled with the Shibarium metaverse, Shiba Eternity is stirring excitement among the Shiba Inu community. But what does token economics look like?
Shytoshi Kusama, the lead meme token developer, says the Shiba Eternity burn mechanism is in place. According to the developer, 5% of all Shiba Eternity revenue will be used in burning SHIB tokens. He adds that a burn model will be available in all aspects of Shiba Inu, including on Shibarium layer-2.
Shiba Eternity Token-Economics
The burn also incorporates ShibaSwap V2. SHIB supply currently stands at one quadrillion. Its founder fixed half of it in Uniswap and gave the rest to Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin. The token is used as a utility asset, while BONE, another token in the ecosystem, is for governance.
Shiba Eternity's announcement has not impacted the price of SHIB. The dog-themed token is trading 3% down in the past day at $0.00001099. CoinMarketCap currently ranks SHIB as the 14th largest token in the crypto space, with a market cap of $6 billion. Its closest rival, Dogecoin, is also down 2% in the same period at $0.06107.
