The most bullish price prediction in Ripple (XRP) is around $5, according to data provided by a major company. Ripple (XRP) has clawed back 4% in the daily price to post a weekly gain of 8.38%, currently trading at $0.3831 with a market valuation of $19 billion.
GOV Capital predicts that XRP will reach $1.11 next year, a change of +197% from the current value. The firm estimates a price of $4.988 for the asset in 5 years. Finder is also bullish on the price of Ripple crypto. The panel of experts predicts that the digital asset could reach $3.81 by 2025, a price above the all-time high of $3.3 in 2018.
SEC Vs. Ripple Case, Key In The Price Prediction Of Ripple In The Long Term
Most industry experts, including the ones above, base their positive forecast on a favorable outcome in the ongoing lawsuit pitting Ripple and the SEC. After the agency sued the blockchain for allegedly issuing XRP without registering it first as a security, the platform lost investors.
Cryptocurrency exchanges, including Coinbase and Kraken, delisted the cryptocurrency. There was also a speculative sale by traders, which lowered the price. However, the payments digital asset has remained resilient, maintaining its position as the seventh-largest cryptocurrency.
In the past three months, XRP has increased by 15% despite a decline of 18% in the last month. However, the utility token has lost 54% yearly from a high of $0.83.
According to experts, the steady gains are attributed to the strength of Ripple’s technology in allowing for instant currency and asset conversion in cross-border transfers. The fast conversion has gained importance for interbank transactions.
